A contemporary, sleek pendant, set with rich green malachite, expertly crafted in 9ct yellow gold.

The ancient Greeks used malachite to create amulets to protect children and much like turquoise, it was said to grant its wearer the ability to foretell impending disaster. If kept with money, malachite was believed to increase wealth, and ancient traders often wore the stone whilst making deals in the belief it would bring them a more favourable result.

A stylish and slender bar is created using malachite as its centrepiece, set wonderfully within a frame of highly-polished 9ct yellow gold.
