Free Gift with Purchase Terms & Conditions

TB Mitchell offer a free gift with purchase to qualifying orders. The following terms and conditions apply to all qualifying orders.

Free Gift with Purchase offers

TB Mitchell offers the following Free Gift with Purchase offers:

Applicable for online purchases of watches with the value of £1500 or above
Only applicable online
Offer available while stock lasts
Free watch winders will be dispatched 14 days after the receipt of your qualifying purchase
Not applicable with any sales items
Certain watch brands or models may be excluded. It is at TB Mitchell’s discretion to exclude products from this offer
Offer is restricted to one gift per customer
If an order qualifies for the free watch winder, the offer will automatically be applied when checking out. Customers must select their free gift preference at the cart stage when completing their order. If an offer has not been automatically applied, the order or product does not qualify.
If the qualifying product or order is cancelled or returned, the free watch winder will also be cancelled or returned. The customer must cover any postage costs when returning products.
All free gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives

Applicable for online orders with a value of £1000 or more
Only applicable online
The issued e-gift voucher can only be redeemed online
The e-gift card must be used in full or part payment, in one single transaction only. Any remaining unspent balance will be deducted to zero after the transaction
E-gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of the qualifying purchase
Only the value from one e-gift card can be redeemed in a single transaction. Multiple e-gift cards cannot be combined
The e-gift card will be issued via email at the time of completing a qualifying order. This email will come from info@tbmitchell.co.uk only
If an order that qualified for a free e-gift card is cancelled or refunded, the e-gift card will also be cancelled. If the e-gift card has already been redeemed against a purchase, that order will also be cancelled
If an order placed with an e-gift card is cancelled or returned, the value of the e-gift card will be deducted from the amount refunded
The value of an e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash
