Every parcel goes out signed for by Royal Mail Tracked delivery, usually reaching you within two working days. If you need it sooner, Special Delivery can get your order to you by 1pm the next working day when placed by 2pm. Our independent appraiser can also provide a valuation for insurance purposes. Let us know within 14 days of delivery if a piece isn’t right, then return it within 21 days of your invoice date, unused and in original packaging.
