Founded in 1929 by Umberto Cazzola, FOPE continues to remain a family run business. Successive generations have grown the company from an innovative, pioneering goldsmiths who specialised in manufacturing watch bracelets for some of Switzerland’s biggest watchmaking brands to one of the world's leading jewellery brands.

Production and administration are still based in Vicenza, not far from Umberto's original premises, where every piece is conceived, designed and created - all under one roof.

Its signature style, the Novecento mesh, is instantly recognisable the world over and helps the brand stand out as a symbol of the elegance and quality of Made in Italy.

THE FIRST, THE ORIGINAL. Eka – meaning ‘one’ in Sanskrit – is a whole new way of wearing gold bracelets.Based on one of FOPE’s inventions from the 1950s, it applies the concept of flexibility to jewellery, blending together luxury and innovation. With its classic gold mesh design reworked in ultra-contemporary style, Flex’it has proved an instant global success.
