Diamonds have a long history as beautiful objects of desire.

Formed deep in the earth under extreme heat and pressure, diamonds are ejected violently upward until they arrive at or near the earth’s surface when they are forced from their hiding place by nature or by man. They are then cleaved and cut and polished by experts until the potential of their natural beauty shines through.

A "Triple X" diamond is a trade term referring to diamonds that have Excellent cut, Excellent polish and Excellent symmetry. A diamond's cut, symmetry and polish grades indicate the quality of skill and craftsmanship that went into transforming a rough diamond into a polished gemstone.
