Michel Herbelin founded his watch company in 1947 combining the principles of high quality watch making and technical reliability with elegance and good design. In 1972, Jean - Claude Herbelin, the son of the founder joined the company. With his team, he decided to adapt a new marketing approach by developing the creativity of the brand.

Michel Herbelin watches are now one of the fastest growing watch brands in the UK. Designed and produced in the Doubs region of France on the edge of the Jura Mountains where the watch making industries of France and Switzerland merge together. All the watch movements are made in Switzerland and assembled with the French cases and bracelets in the small watch-making town of Charquemont.
